1. Introduction

1.1 The use of eCommerce at Sandfort Shoes SL written within these terms and conditions are reserved to consumers over 18 years of age or those that are authorised by their legal representative and for individual purposes and in no artesian, commercial or professional circumstances.
1.2 The re sale or hire of any of the products purchased on this page is entirely prohibited even for professional or commercial use of any type.
1.3 Sandford shoes S.L reserves the right to modify these sale terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The client is only obliged to accept the terms enforced at the time of purchase.

2. Purchase

2.1 Each product is shown in various images to give a description of the characteristics of the articles colour and material, all of the images are actual photos that show the rel product.
2.2 The possible variants that are due to technical or resolution issues on the clients navigator are not Sanfort Shoes’ responsibility.
2.3 Once the purchase has been confirmed, the order will be processed by Sandfort Shoes S.l and later sent by the suitable courier service. The client will be able to track the progress of the delivery of their product on the courier services website.
2.4 Once a client has paid, if the client needs to make changes to the order, they should immediately contact info@sandfortshoes.com showing the reference of the order and the number.
2.5 Sandfort Shoes S.L reserve the right to reject the order of any client who has had legal issues with precious orders or that has violated the terms and conditions at any time.
2.6 The process will be considered complete once the client confirms in that way. The order made by the client to Sandfort shoes S.L will ONLY be considered complete once it has been confirmed that the entire process has been completed correctly and that there hasn´t been any irregularity, also that there is no evidence of an error on the web page.

3. Availability

3.1 Sandfort Shoes S.L has a limited stock. On the website the products on display will be the products that are available at the time. In case of an inconvenient situation in which the client has ordered a product that is not available, then it is the obligation of Sandfort Shoes SL to make the issue known to the client as soon as possible.
3.2 The contract between Sandfort Shoes S.L and the client will be considered complete once the product has been confirmed to be available, which of course will be followed by the confirmation of the credit card payment, and finally the client would receive confirmation from the company that the order has been completed.

4. Pricing and Forms of Payment

4.1 All of our prices legally include VAT and are shown in Euros.
4.2 Sandfort Shoes, S.L. reserves the right to change prices, at any time and with no prior notice, on articles that they sell on this webpage. The client should pay, the price indicated on the website www.sandfortshoes.com, at the time of confirmation of the order.
4.3 Sandfort Shoes, S.L. accepts payments via the following credit cards and bank transfers: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
4.4 The processing and the sending of the ordered article will begin once Sandfort Shoes, S.L. has verified the client’s bank information and received authorisation to charge for the purchase.
4.5 If any product is not available after the order, they will only charge for those articles of which are available and the corresponding shipping expenses that may incur.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Orders at www.sandfortshoes.com that are to be sent to a location that does NOT form part of the European Union could see an extra cost due to possible local taxation and customs in the country of destination. The client only and exclusively shall be held liable for these costs and shall need to be paid on the receipt of the item. Sandfort Shoes, S.L: has no control over these costs.
5.2 The delivery periods are not guaranteed and cannot be taken for granted. However, Sandfort Shoes, S.L. offers the following estimated time periods:
– Delivery of national orders: 1-3 working days.
– Delivery to neighbouring nations (such as Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Scotland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, France, Wales, Greece, Holland (Netherlands), Hungary, England, Ireland from Northern Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (Holland), Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Romania, Sweden): 1-4 working days.
– Delivery of international orders: 5-10 working days.
5.3 For security reasons Sandfort Shoes, S.L. does not deliver to post boxes or to PO Box and does not accept any order where the individual or address cannot be identified.
5.4 Shipping expenses are included in the purchase process prior to the order’s confirmation.
5.5 The shipping tariffs are as follows:
– National deliveries have no cost.
– Deliveries of a value exceeding € 1,000 will have no cost.
– International delivery costs will be calculated during the purchase process according to the volume and destination of the product – Orders placed after 13:00h shall be processed the following working day.
– No deliveries shall be made on the following days: Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays.
5.6 In case of loss of a product by the logistics company, Sandfort Shoes, S.L. shall replace these products with no cost to the client, once the client has informed and documented the incident by e-mail: info@sandfortshoes.com and said situation has been confirmed by Sandfort Shoes, S.L. with the logistics service, within a maximum term of fifteen days.
5.7 At the time of order, the client shall engage to sign the receipt form offered by the logistics service, in which they can include any comments they may see fit, leaving a record of the state of the package received. By signing the receipt form, the client is acknowledging the number of packages received and the state in which they have arrived. If the client notices the lack of a product or a damage thereto, he/she must leave a record showing these issues on the delivery note reporting the incident and should also make this claim known to Sandfort Shoes, S.L. by e-mail to info@sandfortshoes.com within a maximum period of 24h.

6. Returns Policy

6.1 Changing a product policy:
– For national and international orders: permited, the client will be charged for all of the delivery costs.
6.1.2 To change a product the client should contact info@sandfortshoes.com writing their intention to change the product purchased within no more than 15 days since the date of receipt.
– In the case that the product that the client would like has a value greater than the value of the original product purchased, the client will be obliged to pay the difference to Sandfort Shoes S.L.
– If the original product is of a higher value than the one that the client desires, then Sandfort Shoes S.L will be obliged to reimburse the client in the same format that the client paid. In case you are sending from outside the European Union, please inform us the Tracking number as soon as you have it to expedite the import of your return with the Spanish Customs. Once we have received the item/s and we have verified that they meet the above mentioned conditions, Sandfort Shoes S.L. Will send again (expenses of the new national delivery will run on account of Sandfort Shoes S.L.).
6.2. Returns Policy:
6.2.1 The client has a right to terminate the agreement within a 14-day term as from the receipt of the order. To exercise this right, the client must notify Sandfort Shoes, S.L. its will to cancel the purchase in the following e-mail, info@sandfortshoes.com to be able to return the product, the client must serve the aforementioned notice before the return term has elapsed.
6.2.2 If the client terminates the agreement, Sandfort Shoes, S.L. shall not bear any costs thereto. All payments shall be reimbursed to the client less delivery costs borne within 14 days as from the receipt of the termination notice. Such reimbursement shall be made in aproximately the next 10 business day, in accordance with the payment method used by the client for the purchase.
6.2.3 The return of a product which is part of a multiple order shall not encompass the reimbursement of delivery costs.
6.2.4 The products must be returned in a perfect state and in their original package. Shoes must be tried on on a soft surface to avoid damages to their soles. The return of products with scratches on the sole or wrinkles on the leather shall not be accepted. No return or change shall be accepted if the products are returned incomplete, damaged or dirty.
6.2.5 Defective Product: within 7 days after receipt of the item, if you find any defect or there is a discrepancy in the content of the order, please contact us.

Return costs, local taxation and customs shall be borne by the client. If return costs are greater than the value of the returned product, the difference shall be charged to the client using the same payment method as used for the purchase.

7.1 Sandfort Shoes, S.L. guarantees the authenticity and high quality of the products on sale on www.sandfortshoes.com.
7.2 Copying or reproducing, totally or partially, any content, whether written or graphic, of www.sandfortshoes.com, is entirely forbidden, being Sandfort Shoes, S.L. the sole owner of intellectual property therein.

9. General Regulations

Sandfort Shoes, S.L. has a right to:

Sandfort Shoes, S.L. shall not be liable before the client or any third parties as a result of such modification or cancellation; and/or
9.2 If, after the amendment of the Terms and Conditions or the Delivery Conditions, the client continues to use the service provided through the Sandfort Shoes Online Store (or any part of said service), said client will have accepted the amendment thereto. The client shall be responsible as regards the regular verification of the Terms and Conditions so as to determine if there has been an amendment thereto. 9.3 If Sandfort Shoes, S.L. amends these Terms and Conditions, your order shall remain subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the date and time of order.
9.4 If any part of the Terms and Conditions is determined by any competent authority to be unlawful or unenforceable, the affected provision shall be considered severed from the Terms and Conditions, which will continue to be valid and enforceable in their remaining part.
